Here we have the second Boca Raton area home of English heir, Daniel Sugar. In the year of 2014 this is one of two homes he purchased, he paid $3,000,000 for this home. Again much like his other purchase he scored a great deal has he paid much under the initial asking price. Prior to this we have visited his other two homes of note on this blog.
