Its common knowledge that British summers are very short lived, and so many of the countries wealthy escape to the sunshine state, Florida. Another expat abroad is Hilary Devey. She is most commonly known for her short lived stint on Dragons Den and her abrupt northern personality. However she is in fact an astute businesswoman who has decided to place her summer home on the market for $8,500,000, $5,000,000 more than she paid for it just three years ago. Smart move Devey, smart move.
